I am the Founder of Yoga Instruction & Healing for Cancer Survivors, LLC, with the mission to break down barriers in the medical community to bring the positive research-based benefits of yoga to Cancer Centers and more diverse populations, including Spanish-speaking communities affected by cancer.  

I am passionate about educating, implementing and teaching remedial yoga specifically for a conventional clinical environment for patients coping with cancer’s debilitating side-effects during treatment for Cancer Centers Integrative Medicine.

I find it very gratifying being part of a community, building strong relationships and I deeply enjoy contributing to the community's overall health and wellbeing.
